In today’s time, heart related diseases are increasing very fast due to food disturbances and passive lifestyle. You are also at risk of heart disease due to irregular heartbeat. To get rid of this problem, you can practise these yoga asanas daily.

Paschimottanasana Asana yoga

1. Paschimottanasana / Forward Bend Pose for Arrhythmia

Practice in the West is very useful when there is irregular heartbeat and to avoid this problem. You can also practise this yoga to avoid heart diseases and keep the heart healthy. To practise Paschimottanasana, follow these steps –

  • First of all, you sit in Sukhasana and take deep breaths and leave, it calms the mind.
  • Now open both your legs in front of the front and sit down, both heels and claws will be found.
  • Now, while exhaling and leaning forward, hold both the toes with both hands.
  • Apply the forehead with knees and both elbows will be on the ground, as you can see in pictures.
  • In this position, keep yourself for 30 to 60 seconds, keep taking slow breaths.
  • Now come back to your former posture and relax.

trikonasana

2. Trikonasana or Triangle Pose for Arrhythmia

The practice of trikonasana is very beneficial in irregular heartbeat and many heart problems. You can reduce the risk of many heart problems by practising trikonasana daily. To practise trikonasana, follow these steps-

  • First of all, stand up straight on Yoga Matt.
  • Now open your arms, keep your palms towards the ground.
  • If you are starting from the right side, your right leg should be at a 90 degree angle on the corner of the mat.
  • After this, try to bend comfortably on the side.
  • Taking a long breath, tilt the body towards the hip joint and exhale.
  • Remove the right leg to the right side.
  • Take the right side towards the right leg and try to catch the right heel.
  • After this, open the left side over the body.
  • At this time a straight line should be formed from your hand.
  • In this state, wait for some time and then do this with the left leg, you can repeat this process 3-5 times.

Dhanurasana

3. Dandasana or Staff Pose for Arrhythmia

Dandasana Yoga is a simple and easy yoga posture that increases both the power and ability of the body. By practising this, you can overcome the problem of irregular heartbeat. To practice Dandasana, follow these steps –

  • To practise Dandasana Yoga, first sit on the yoga mat and spread both your legs forward and then stick them together.
  • After this, pull the fingers of both your toes towards your body.
  • During this time, press your thighs and ankles on the floor.
  • After this, keep both hands straight and palms on the floor.
  • During this time keep the neck and spinal cord straight.
  • Keep your chest lifted and spread the collarbone.
  • During this time, pull the shoulders a little and take a deep breath looking at the front.
  • Stay in this posture for about 20 seconds to one minute.
